4-Day Schedule (Mon–Thu)
Schedule: Monday–Thursday, 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM. Enjoy a consistent routine with every Friday and weekend off.

Axia is a brand-new interventional pain practice, and we’re building a high-performing team from the ground up. We’re looking for a dependable, patient-focused representative to serve as the first point of contact and help create a seamless, positive experience from the moment patients walk through the door.
The Essentials:
- Schedule: Monday – Thursday, 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
- Fridays OFF. No Weekends. No On-Call.
- Setting: Outpatient interventional pain practice
- Role: Front desk, patient coordination, and administrative support
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Greet and check in patients, serving as the first point of contact
- Provide excellent customer service in person, by phone, and through written communication
- Manage scheduling, patient flow, and front desk operations
- Handle multi-line phones, messages, and general reception duties
- Maintain accurate patient information within the EMR system
- Support administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and document management
- Ensure patient confidentiality and a professional, welcoming environment
What You Need:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience in a medical office or front desk role preferred
- Familiarity with EMR systems and Microsoft Office
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent customer service skills with a patient-first mindset
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
