4-Day Primary Schedule (Mon–Thu) | Friday Half Day

Schedule: Monday–Thursday, 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM and Friday 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM. Enjoy a consistent routine and every weekend off.

The Essentials:

• Schedule: Monday – Thursday, 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM; Friday 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM
• No Weekends. No On-Call.
• Setting: Outpatient interventional pain practice

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Room patients, obtain vitals, and collect relevant clinical information
• Assist providers with procedures and patient care in a fast-paced environment
• Maintain accurate documentation in the EMR
• Support patient flow to ensure an efficient, positive experience
• Assist with clinical and administrative tasks to keep the clinic running smoothly

What You Need:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Prior experience in a medical office or clinical setting preferred
• CPR certification (or ability to obtain within 120 days)
• CMA/RMA or completion of a Medical Assistant program preferred
• Comfortable with EMR systems and basic office technology
• Strong communication skills with a patient-first mindset
