Axia is a brand-new, private pain management practice opening April 1, 2026. We are building a high-performing team from the ground up and looking for one dependable

Rad Tech to lead our imaging.

The Essentials:

• Pay: up to $35/hr.
• 120 Day Retention Bonus: $2,500.
• Schedule: Monday – Thursday, 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM. No Weekends. No On-Call.
• The Gear: You’ll be our C-Arm expert (Ziehm) for interventional procedures.

What You Need:

• ARRT(R) certification.
• Proficiency with C-Arm fluoroscopy.
• A "start-up" mindset: You’re ready to help us set the standards from Day 1.

Your Role:

• Operate the C-Arm (Ziehm) for interventional spine procedures.
• Maintain a sterile field and assist physicians in a focused, outpatient setting.
• Manage imaging documentation and safety protocols without the hospital bureaucracy
