4-Day Primary Schedule (Mon–Thu)
Schedule: Typically, Monday–Thursday, 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM. Enjoy a consistent routine with most Fridays and every weekend off.

Axia is a brand-new interventional pain practice, and we’re building a high-performing team from the ground up. We’re looking for a compassionate, detail-oriented Registered Nurse to play a key role in delivering exceptional patient care and helping shape the clinical experience from Day 1.
The Essentials:
- Schedule: Monday – Thursday, 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
- Fridays OFF. No Weekends. No On-Call.
- Setting: Outpatient interventional pain practice
- Team-Oriented Environment: Work closely with physicians and clinical staff in a collaborative setting
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Deliver individualized, patient-centered care including assessments, medication administration, and treatment support
- Prepare patients for procedures, review medical histories, and ensure all documentation and consents are complete
- Monitor patients throughout procedures and recovery, ensuring safety and comfort
- Educate patients and families, providing guidance and emotional support
- Maintain accurate, timely documentation within the EMR system
- Support efficient clinic flow and collaborate with the care team to optimize patient outcomes
What You Need:
- Active, unrestricted RN license in Michigan
- Associate Degree in Nursing (BSN preferred)
- CPR certification (or ability to obtain within 120 days)
- At least 1 year of clinical experience (2+ preferred)
- Experience in a medical or outpatient setting preferred
- Comfort with EMR systems and clinical technology
