4-Day Primary Schedule (Mon–Thu)

Schedule: Typically, Monday–Thursday, 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM. Enjoy a consistent routine with most Fridays and every weekend off.

Axia is a brand-new interventional pain practice, and we’re building a high-performing team from the ground up. We’re looking for a compassionate, detail-oriented Registered Nurse to play a key role in delivering exceptional patient care and helping shape the clinical experience from Day 1.


The Essentials:

  • Schedule: Monday – Thursday, 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
  • Fridays OFF. No Weekends. No On-Call.
  • Setting: Outpatient interventional pain practice
  • Team-Oriented Environment: Work closely with physicians and clinical staff in a collaborative setting

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Deliver individualized, patient-centered care including assessments, medication administration, and treatment support
  • Prepare patients for procedures, review medical histories, and ensure all documentation and consents are complete
  • Monitor patients throughout procedures and recovery, ensuring safety and comfort
  • Educate patients and families, providing guidance and emotional support
  • Maintain accurate, timely documentation within the EMR system
  • Support efficient clinic flow and collaborate with the care team to optimize patient outcomes

What You Need:

  • Active, unrestricted RN license in Michigan
  • Associate Degree in Nursing (BSN preferred)
  • CPR certification (or ability to obtain within 120 days)
  • At least 1 year of clinical experience (2+ preferred)
  • Experience in a medical or outpatient setting preferred
  • Comfort with EMR systems and clinical technology
